Indoor Seated Bowls

We at Haversham House are very excited to be holding our first Indoor Seated Bowls Event know as Boccia on Tuesday 1st May at 2pm. Why not come and join in the fun.

Everyone is probably wondering how you play Boccia well here's some tips to prepare you for Tuesday.

Boccia is a fun, precision ball game, similar to bowls. Boccia can be played by individuals, pairs, or teams. The aim of the game is to throw leather balls as close as possible to a white target ball, or jack. Games are mixed gender and can be played by all ages. Various aids and equipment can be used to assist with throwing the balls, and all players play sitting.
