Care Home trips out and chaperone service in Stoke on Trent and Staffordshire

New service alert - From February 2023

We already have access to weekly outings in a specialised, accessible vehicle though we have now added a chaperone service for you.

What does that mean?

We will help support you and your loved one with your own personalised trip.

Do you want Nan over for Sunday lunch or want to go to the pub with Gramps?

Do you want to go to the garden centre, shops or park with your loved one?

We are here to support people within the home but also out on trips.

We are happy to support with dropping off and collecting your loved one at a place of your choosing. If they require a little more support, we are able to also help with escorting them if needed.

Do you struggle to get to the home to visit? Don't worry, we can collect you too!
