Halloween Parties Go Down a Trick or Treat at Safe Harbor Homes

Halloween Cake.jpgCare homes across the Safe Harbor group have been celebrating Halloween with lots of spooky goings-on.

Homes have organised parties with special Halloween themed food and decorations to get residents, families and visitors in to the spirit.

Florence House had a ghostly iced cake (right) made especially for residents.

At Haversham House, entertainment was provided by organist Chris Wood. Residents and staff took part in apple-bobbing and a creepy Halloween buffet was served after the entertainment.

While, at The Place Up Hanley, singing and music was provided by Geoff Salt on behalf of Dougie Mac. Seasonal food, such as pumpkin soup and hot jacket potatoes was served up before intergenerational games and activities took place with sweet treats handed out as rewards.
