Services
Our care homes offer a wide variety of additional services which aim to provide person-centred care to all of our residents. We pride ourselves on ensuring the well-being of everyone in our care by allowing them to be able to continue to live life as they choose.

Each of our homes has a specific area or room that is used for various therapy sessions. These include music therapy, reading groups and pampering sessions.
These sessions are conducted by our activity coordinators or professional therapists who specialise in working with Dementia patients.
Salons
Safe Harbor residents get regular visits from hairdressers and barbers, with most of our homes incorporating a professional salon. Appointments can be made especially, or residents are welcome to come along during regular sessions.
Residents who wish to continue to visit their own hairdresser or barber can also do so. We can provide a member of staff to escort residents to their chosen destination.
Additional Services
If you require any additional services, we are able to take care of this for you. For example, we are able to provide daily newspapers, escort residents to appointments and order any specific items you may need.
If there is anything further we can do, or provide, you can contact any of our activity coordinators or home managers who will be happy to help.
Weekly outings
Our residents have access to a specialist vehicle and driver who is happy to take our residents on trips out. For trips out we would normally try and take as many people each time so as many people as possilbe can enjoy the trip. Having more people going out also reduces the cost for the trips.

Care Home 121 trips out and chaperone service
New service alert - from February 2023
We already have access to weekly outings though we have now added a chaperone service for you.
What does that mean?
We will help support you and your loved one with your own personalised trip out - just for you.
Do you want Nan over for Sunday lunch or want to go to the pub with Gramps?
Do you want to go to the garden centre, shops or park with your loved one?
We are here to support people within the home but also out on trips.
We are happy to support with dropping off and collecting your loved one at a place of your choosing. If they require a little more support, we are able to also help with escorting them if needed.
Do you struggle to get around? Don't worry, we can collect you too!
