So yesterday we had our 2nd unanounced visit from the Care Excellence Framework (CEF) at Haversham
‘From ordinary to predictable excellence’
Which is in partnership with the University Hospital in North Staffs (NHS)

I could not have been prouder of the staff at Haversham House Care Home in Trentham who showed excellence practices that take place daily in our home.

Although we are still awaiting one more visit and our final report, the wonderful feedback we have recieved was amazing. And we cannot wait to find out our rating provided by them....
