Moorland Pottery Donates Crockery For Safe Harbor Coffee And Cake Afternoon
Safe Harbor care home, The Place Up Hanley, will soon be hosting a charity Coffee & Cake Afternoon.
We have been kindly donated a set of sturdy mugs for the event by the lovely people at Moorland Pottery. You can see a few of them below.
Moorland Pottery are a Stoke-on-Trent based pottery firm specialising in 'Stokie ware' mugs and tea pots for the local area.
If you'd like to try out their mugs for yourself, come along to our Coffee & Cake Afternoon on 1st October at 3:00pm.
Admission is only £2 and this includes a drink, cake and entertainment. Plus, there will be a craft stall, tombola and activities with our residents.
Everyone is welcome. All proceeds will be equally split between our resident's comfort fund and the Douglas Macmillan Hospice Charity.
