We are looking for someone who is reliable, flexible and dedicated to making a positive difference to the daily lives of our residents. You will have a responsibility to undertake and complete tasks that will support our residents to remain as independent as possible such as personal care as well as companionship.

Experience isn’t essential and full training will be provided.

Responsibilities also include:

• Provide the highest level of personal, emotional, social and physical care to clients in accordance with each person’s individual care plan
• Communicate effectively, written and verbally, ensuring that detailed notes are recorded as well as reporting any concerns to the management team
• Follow each individual care plan accurately
