2019.05.13-14 - Mad Hatter Tea Party Princes Trust Thumb.jpgStudents from Stoke-on-Trent College have been to a Safe Harbor care home in Stoke-on-Trent to help organise an afternoon event.

Agnes and Arthur care home, Bradeley, hosted an Alice in Wonderland themed Mad Hatter's Tea Party.

Students who are part of the Prince's Trust team at Stoke College, came to the home over two days to help prepare for the event with activity staff and to meet with residents.

During the event, residents and staff dressed up in fancy hats and everyone was treated to afternoon tea. Cakes were specially prepared by the home's trained catering staff.

The Prince's Trust courses at Stoke-on-Trent College aim to help 18-25 year olds who have left school with no qualifications or are unsure what job or study path they want to take.
